Enquiries and contract formation
Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not place an order. A written quotation sets out tasks, deliverables, timing, total price, any costs and payment arrangements. Work starts after written acceptance of the quotation and these terms and receipt of the required materials. Scope changes require prior written agreement.
Prices and payment
Displayed rates are indicative euro prices inclusive of applicable taxes for consumers. The quotation sets the total payable and VAT treatment; business quotations show the relevant net/VAT breakdown. No payments are collected on this website. Unless otherwise agreed in the quotation, invoices are payable by bank transfer within 14 days of issue. No additional charge or deposit is required without prior agreement. The ten-hour block is a defined service with no automatic renewal; time records and any carry-over are agreed in writing.
Cooperation and limits
Clients supply accurate information, instructions and required permissions. They approve documents, submissions and decisions that bind them. Services are administrative assistance and do not replace a lawyer, qualified accountant, tax adviser or other regulated professional. No official outcome or tax benefit is guaranteed. Access permissions must be limited to the assignment.
Deliverables and confidentiality
Documents are delivered in the agreed format. Clients retain their documents and may use the delivered work for their needs. Existing templates and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights. Information is used for the assignment. Where processing personal data on behalf of a business client requires a data processing agreement, this is concluded before access.
Problems, liability and applicable law
Problems should be raised promptly so that a suitable solution can be found. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. French law applies without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable rules; no exclusive court is imposed on consumers.
Complaints and mediation
Send complaints to paulinaszmyddf@inbox.eu or to the provider’s postal address. After an unresolved prior written complaint, consumers may access consumer mediation free of charge under the applicable conditions. The provider must confirm its contracted mediator and add the contact details to these terms before concluding consumer contracts. No organisation is represented here as appointed.
