Paulina Szmyd, individual entrepreneur, 34 rue des Videaux, 33210 Toulenne, France, controls data processed for enquiries and client relationships. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact paulinaszmyddf@inbox.eu.
Data and purposes
The form collects your name, email, client type, country, chosen service and description of your needs. An organisation name is required for business enquiries; your telephone number and preferred deadline are optional. Fields marked * are needed to process your request. Submitting saves these details, the receipt date, a reference and the privacy notice version in the website database. They are used to reply and prepare a quotation. No customer account or payment is required. Email links open your own email application. Pre-contractual steps and the contract provide the legal basis; mandatory records are retained to comply with law. Proportionate legitimate interests support complaint handling and security.
Recipients and providers
Enquiries are available in an area restricted to the authenticated site owner, who handles them for the provider. Other visitors cannot access them. Access is limited to authorised persons and, as needed, the email, hosting and file-sharing services used for the assignment, confidential advisers and authorised authorities. Your data is not intended for sale. Email uses inbox.eu. The website is supplied through Sites by OpenAI and forms are stored in its managed Cloudflare D1 database. The form does not send automatic emails. The platform may process technical access and security data. Technical hashes of the email and, when available, the IP address limit abusive submissions; they expire after two hours and are cleared on a subsequent submission.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months of the last relevant exchange. Working files are returned or deleted within 90 days of completion unless a documented contractual need or legal obligation applies. Necessary evidence may be held in restricted archives for applicable statutory periods; invoices and accounting records are retained for 10 years. A dispute may justify targeted retention until resolution.
Cookies and transfers
This website’s code adds no advertising trackers, analytics, cookies or browser storage. Language selection uses the page address. The hosting platform may use mechanisms necessary for access and security. Providers may process some data outside the EEA; their policies explain applicable safeguards and transfers. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Requests are normally answered within one month, with a reasoned extension where permitted by law. You may complain to the CNIL or your local data protection authority. Do not send sensitive information or identity documents with an initial enquiry; an appropriate channel and framework can be agreed if necessary.
