Remote work
Support is provided remotely to clients in France and the European Union. No physical goods are shipped. Any on-site requirement needs a separate agreement; travel is not included by default.
Start date and schedule
The quotation specifies a completion date or turnaround. Times shown in service details are estimates for ordinary workloads, not a promise of immediate availability. Working days mean Monday to Friday excluding French public holidays. Appointments are agreed together; no permanent reception hours are advertised.
Information and access
Clients provide the required information through an agreed channel. Limited delegated access is preferred. Do not send passwords, banking codes or sensitive documents with an initial enquiry. Missing information and its impact are flagged; any schedule adjustment is agreed together.
Delivery and review
Work is sent by email or through an agreed sharing space as a PDF, editable document, spreadsheet or another format specified in the quotation. Clients check information before using it. Corrections within the agreed scope can be requested by email. Silence does not waive statutory rights.
Delay or inability to perform
If a difficulty affects the schedule, the client is informed and an alternative arrangement proposed. Statutory consumer rights in cases of delay or non-performance, including termination under the applicable conditions and repayment of sums due, remain unaffected.
